Workshops and Retreats

about us

When you attend BodyRight Physio, you are in the hands of fully qualified CORU registered  Chartered Physiotherapists — professionals who meet the highest standards of physiotherapy practice in Ireland.

The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) is the official representative body for physiotherapy in Ireland, recognised by the World Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT) as the sole authority for the profession.

Only members of the ISCP are legally entitled to use the title “Chartered Physiotherapist”, ensuring you receive expert care that’s evidence-based, ethical, and results-driven..

What Is Chartered Physiotherapy?

Chartered Physiotherapy is a science-based, hands-on approach that restores your body’s natural balance and function.

It combines expert assessment, diagnosis, and personalised treatment — including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and self-management advice — to reduce pain, improve movement, and prevent recurrence.

From sports injuries and back pain to post-surgical rehabilitation, we help you get back to doing what you love.

Our Training & Expertise

about us

All Chartered Physiotherapists hold at least a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy, completed through a rigorous four-year university programme (or an equivalent international qualification).

We maintain professional excellence through ongoing CPD, staying up to date with the latest research, rehabilitation techniques, and best clinical practice.

Your recovery is guided by knowledge, skill, and ongoing education.

Why Chartered Physiotherapists Are Members of CORU — and Trusted Allied Health Professionals

“Empowering our clients in their own healing process.”

In Ireland, Chartered Physiotherapists are regulated by CORU, the national multi-profession health and social care regulator. CORU’s role is to protect the public by ensuring that physiotherapists meet strict standards of education, professional competence, and ethical practice.

Being CORU-registered means a physiotherapist:

  • Has completed an accredited university degree in Physiotherapy

  • Engages in ongoing continuing professional development (CPD)

  • Adheres to a code of professional conduct and ethics

  • Is accountable to the Physiotherapists Registration Board, which oversees safe, evidence-based care

As allied health professionals, chartered physiotherapists work alongside doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to support recovery, movement, and overall wellbeing. Their CORU registration is your assurance that the care you receive is safe, regulated, and delivered by a qualified expert.

At BodyRight Physio, every client is seen by a Chartered Physiotherapist — never by unqualified staff.
