Pilates Membership & Packages – Terms & Conditions
1. Pilates Classes
All Modified Pilates classes, whether in-clinic or online, are delivered by APPI Pilates Instructors.
Before starting any Pilates class, you must complete and submit a Pilates Assessment Form for review.
Online Pilates content is available to individuals aged 18 years and over only.
2. Medical Disclaimer & Participation
Pilates involves physical exercise and participation is at your own risk.
You are advised to consult your GP, Chartered Physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional before starting Pilates, particularly if you have any medical conditions.
Exercises begin at a low level and progress gradually. You should:

Work only at a level you feel comfortable with

Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort

Never exercise through pain
Pilates should not be undertaken if you:

Have been advised not to exercise by a healthcare professional

Have a heart condition requiring supervised exercise

Have uncontrolled blood pressure

Have undiagnosed pain or are feeling unwell
-
Have a condition that may be aggravated by exercise
This list is not exhaustive. If unsure, seek medical advice before starting.
Online classes and videos are not a substitute for medical care and are not supervised in person.
3. Liability
By participating in BodyRight Pilates classes (in-clinic or online), you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of exercise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or use of online content.
4. Memberships & Packages
Acceptance of membership is at the discretion of BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd.
Membership becomes active once accepted and payment is confirmed.
Memberships and class packages:

Are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at management discretion

Are for the named client only

Are subject to availability
5. Payments

Memberships are paid in advance by automatic debit/credit card

Payments will continue until membership is cancelled in line with these terms

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain valid
Membership may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.
Outstanding arrears beyond 30 days may result in further recovery action.
BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd reserves the right to review and increase fees, with notice provided by email.
Pilates Classes & Refunds

Pilates classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.

Missed classes cannot be refunded or credited, except where required by law.

BodyRight Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes; where this occurs, an alternative class or credit will be offered.
6. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

A 14-day notice period is required for membership cancellation or downgrade

Suspension requests are subject to management approval

BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its discretion
7. Online Classes & Recordings
Online classes may be recorded for member access only.
Recordings are available to members for up to 30 days.
Clients’ images or personal details will not be shared in recordings without explicit consent.
8. Timetables & Content
Class times and schedules may change and will be updated on our online booking system.
All videos, recordings, and educational materials remain the property of BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.
9. Communications & Data Protection
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving email communications from BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd.
We comply with GDPR and Irish data protection legislation.
Client details are never shared with third parties without consent.
