Dry Needling

Dry needling is a Western medical technique similar to acupuncture.
It targets trigger points — tight or sensitive knots in the muscles — using very fine, sterile needles to release tension and reduce pain.

Dry needling can also be used to:

  • Treat tendonitis or overuse injuries

  • Stimulate healing in injured tissues

  • Relieve muscle tightness for athletes during intense training periods (e.g. marathon or triathlon preparation)

It’s a powerful tool for easing tightness, improving flexibility, and preventing injuries.
