This Refund Policy applies to services provided by BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd.

We are committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy and Pilates services. Please review the terms below regarding refunds and cancellations.

Physiotherapy & Athletic Therapy Appointments

  • Physiotherapy services are non-refundable once treatment has been provided.

  • Fees for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with insufficient notice are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact the clinic as early as possible to avoid cancellation charges.

Prepaid Treatment Plans

  • Prepaid physiotherapy treatment plans are non-refundable once treatment has commenced.

  • Unused sessions may, at the discretion of BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd, be:

    • Transferred to another person, or

    • Exchanged for an alternative service of equivalent value.

  • Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, except where otherwise required by law.

Pilates Classes & Memberships

  • Pilates class fees are non-refundable once the class has been attended.

  • Missed classes may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance with the clinic.

  • Membership terms are subject to the specific conditions outlined at the time of purchase.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers may be redeemed against physiotherapy, Pilates, or other services offered by BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd, subject to availability.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Irish consumer law.

Statutory Rights

  • Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or any other applicable Irish legislation.

  • You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request restriction or erasure (where legally permissible)

  • Withdraw consent at any time
