Insurance & Reimbursement

All major Irish health insurers cover treatments provided by a Chartered Physiotherapist in private practice.


Coverage levels depend on your personal plan.

Terms & Conditions of Service

1.         About Us

BodyRight Physiotherapy Ltd provides Physiotherapy and Athletic Therapy services.
Physiotherapy services are delivered by CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapists.
Athletic Therapy services are delivered by appropriately qualified Athletic Therapists practising within their professional scope.

2.         Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance.

If you are unable to attend, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in a full appointment charge.

3.         Fees and Payment

Fees are payable before or on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept cash / card / online payment.

Fees may change from time to time; current fees are available on request.

4.         Refunds Policy

Physiotherapy services are non-refundable once treatment has been provided.

Fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments are non-refundable.

Prepaid Treatment Plans

  • Prepaid physiotherapy treatment plans are non-refundable once commenced.

  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another person or exchanged for an alternative service at the discretion of BodyRight Physiotherapy, except where required by law.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers may be redeemed against physiotherapy or other services offered by BodyRight Physiotherapy, subject to availability.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of purchase, in line with Irish consumer law.

  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other applicable Irish legislation.

5.         Medical Information & Consent

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information.

By attending for treatment, you consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

You may withdraw consent at any time.

6.         Scope of Practice

  • Physiotherapy services are provided in accordance with CORU standards and evidence-based practice.

  • Physiotherapy does not guarantee specific outcomes, and results may vary between individuals.

7.         Children & Vulnerable Adults

  • Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Safeguarding policies apply in line with Irish legislation.

8.         Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 2018–2023.

Your information will be kept confidential and used only for the provision of care and related administration.

9.         Complaints

Any concerns should be raised directly with your physiotherapist in the first instance.

If unresolved, complaints may be escalated in accordance with our complaints procedure or to CORU where appropriate.

10.         Liability

BodyRight Physiotherapy accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property on the premises.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited under Irish law.

11.       Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
