Louise Hynes
CORU Registered Chartered Physiotherapist, APPI Pilates Instructor and Athletic Rehabilation Therapist
Louise is a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist and Athletic Therapist with over six years of experience working across both the NHS and private practice. Through her clinical work, she developed a strong passion for pelvic health and now specialises in supporting women through recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term strength.
She has extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal pain, arthritis, tendinopathies, and sports-related injuries. Alongside this, Louise has specialist expertise in pelvic health, treating conditions such as incontinence and urinary urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and providing ante- and postnatal rehabilitation.
Louise is also a certified Women’s Health Pilates instructor and delivers multiple classes within the clinic. As someone who leads an active lifestyle herself—regularly engaging in strength and high-intensity training—she has a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on the body. This allows her to design personalised rehabilitation programmes that bridge the gap between recovery and real-world movement, helping clients return to the activities they love feeling strong, confident, and supported.

How Physiotherapy Helps
Physiotherapy is essential in the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Through expert assessment and targeted hands-on care, we help you:
-
Understand the root cause of your injury — not just the symptoms
-
Speed up recovery and tissue healing
-
Reduce pain, swelling, and stiffness
-
Correct faulty movement patterns
-
Improve mobility, flexibility & strength
-
Prevent re-injury through long-term resilience
-
Optimise biomechanics for better performance
Our therapists look at the overall clinical picture — because stiffness in one area often forces another area to work too hard. This is how we achieve better outcomes in both recovery and injury prevention.
Whether you need to correct running technique to reduce knee pain, improve spinal rotation for a more powerful golf swing, or rebuild stability after an ankle sprain — we’ll help you get there.
